Ambassador Terms of Service

Welcome to the Halasmile Ambassador Program!

We’re thrilled to partner with creators who align with our mission to spread beautiful smiles across the GCC! By participating in our gifting program, you agree to these terms that outline our shared responsibilities.

1. Program Overview

Halasmile collaborates with BarterAI, a third-party influencer marketing agency, to facilitate product gifting campaigns. This exchange requires you to create authentic social content in return for complimentary dental wellness products.

2. Eligibility

To participate in our gifting program, you must:

- Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18).

- Have a public social media account with an engaged audience.

- Agree to post about the gifted product within 14 days of receiving it.

3. Content Guidelines

By accepting products from Halasmile, you agree to:

- Create high-quality, original content (photo/video/Story) on your agreed-upon social media platform(s)

- Tag @halasmileteeth + use campaign-specific hashtags provided

- Include clear FTC-compliant disclosure (#Ad or #Partnership)

- Align content with Halasmile’s aesthetic and values (no offensive/controversial material)

4. Product Delivery & Tracking

- Tracking details will be emailed upon shipment

- Your 14-day posting window begins when tracking shows “Delivered”

- Notify us immediately at support@halasmile.com if you encounter delivery issues

5. Content Licensing

You retain ownership but grant Halasmile and BarterAI:

- A non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual worldwide license to repurpose your content across all marketing channels

- Rights to edit/adapt content for technical or branding purposes

6. No Monetary Compensation

This collaboration is based on product gifting and does not include monetary compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the gifting program. Halasmile and BarterAI reserve the right to refuse future collaborations at their discretion.
